Responsibilities

Requirements
- •3+ years of experience in ML/AI engineering
- •Strong proficiency in Python and deep learning frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow)
- •Experience with reinforcement learning algorithms (PPO, DPO, RLHF)
- •Familiarity with LLMs and agentic AI systems
- •Excellent problem-solving and communication skills

Requirements

- •Track record of publications at top venues (NeurIPS, ICML, ICLR, etc.)
- •Deep expertise in reinforcement learning, LLMs, or AI safety
- •Experience transitioning research prototypes to production systems
- •Strong collaboration and mentorship skills
