By accessing or using PerceptEye's platform, APIs, or AI workflow automation services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before integrating or deploying PerceptEye agents within your systems.
Platform license
PerceptEye grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use our services for lawful business purposes. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the PerceptEye platform, including any automated workflows, agent configurations, and API integrations you deploy, complies with all applicable laws and regulations.
Your responsibilities
As a proficient AI user, you are solely responsible for the design, implementation, and behavior of workflows built on top of the PerceptEye platform. PerceptEye provides the underlying infrastructure and agent capabilities; the logic, triggers, and outcomes of your integrations remain your responsibility.
Output validation
PerceptEye's AI agents produce outputs based on the instructions and data you provide. PerceptEye does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or fitness for purpose of any AI-generated output. You are responsible for validating agent outputs before acting on them in business-critical or production environments.
Ownership rights
Liability limits
To the fullest extent permitted by law, PerceptEye shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform, including losses resulting from automated workflow execution, agent errors, or service interruptions.
Terms updates
PerceptEye reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform following notice of changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. PerceptEye may suspend or terminate access for any violation of these Terms, with or without prior notice.
Legal jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
